If I would have realized, there policy is to charge you for shipping all items back to them, regardless of the reason, I would not do business with them. Very important to read the return policy on these online companies.
Today not very companies that sell online charge for return items, personally i would not do business with that type of company.
Charged 20% restocking fee for returned boots with original tags, worm them indoors when trying ot on for fitment and taking only a few steps.

Right color on the box But the boots were the wrong color...! Someone should check the box before shipping it off...
Ordered a size too small. When I called the customer service rep was extreamly helpful and helped me get the right size shipped the same week. Although the boots still dont fit that great they are the size I needed and I believe its the boot style. Too late to return now that Ive worn them so, to the cobbler I go! Thanks again!
