Marc is an exeptionally patient and profesional tech advisor. He took care of me and saved my day. I could not have done this without his help!

It took 2 days, but Joseph has been an excellent technician. He worked tirelessly to solve some thorny proplems and ended up giving me great confidence in my computer again which was plagued with viiruses and was unable to communicate with my printer. Joseph solved these problems and installed Norton Antivirus & Protection which is what I needed. I am grateful for his knowledge and skill in giving me back my computer as it should be. I highly recommend him.
