We paid for 3 videos up front. They completed 2 videos and then told us that we waited too long to start the third video and wanted to charge us the full fee again for them to finish the work.

All the shots were amazing and they finished ahead of schedule. I am glad how their hard work has turned out. Opt for them and you won't be disappointed.

The motion graphics video created by Video Jeeves was visually stunning. It was a great representation of our brand and message.

Video Jeeves did the illustrations for two of my books: Felix and Eagle Imagine and Rodowell Sky: Miracles Come to Life. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were quite the professionals. I had the luxury of working closely with Daisy, the Senior Art Director. She was a joy to work with and was always prompt in her responses.

Going into this process, I was nervous and a bit skeptical because I was asking someone else to bring to life the images locked away in my mind, figuratively speaking. Not only did Daisy and her graphic designer team deliver, but it was exhilarating waiting for the next illustration each week. I will truly miss those moments.

Naturally there were minor things to tweak or correct like the grass needing to look more real, but no matter the issue, and they were few and far between, Daisy and her entourage ALWAYS corrected it and delivered a GREAT illustration.

Even when it came to the cover designs of both books, I didn't have the faintest idea for what to put on them. I think I told Daisy a cloud or something for one and playsets for the other. Pitiful, I know. Needless to say, I trusted Daisy's team and boy did they come through!

Furthermore, I highly recommend using Video Jeeves for any aspiring author looking to add a little pizazz to their manuscript or cover. I'll tell you one thing, I will definitely work with them again in the near future!

If I could give a zero I would. I contracted with them back in November 2021 for a 4-15 second 3D clips - Total of $2499. 00 paid. They gave me a money back guarantee contract, and said the first video would be complete before the holidays in December. Then they missed the deadline and said it was because their office got hacked and they lost everything. Then the excuse was that my designer got Covid. They kept sending me very unfinished renders of a terrible 3D video where the characters were deformed, or missing hair, or the interior walls weren't finished. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until they promised me delivery by April 7th or my money back in full without any argument.

On the 7th they again emailed an unfinished video and claimed they had delivered. I requested my money back and they just ignored me. After texting and emailing both * they just stopped communicating with me. So now they didn't deliver the first video, and they kept my money. My company hired them in 2018 for a promotional video and it went really bad with missed deadline and numerous mistakes. Since then they have emailed/ texted/ called me non stop, despite that I told them to stop and we don't want to deal with them any more. 4 years later to date in 2022, they still text my personal phone number even though I beg them to please stop. Every time I block their number they would use a new number to text me.

I paid for a video back in April of 2020. I still don't have a video after answering their question many times over and over again. They don't respond to your emails and then when you start to get upset they finally respond and they say they never got your emails.
They got my payment in less than 2 days and every single email went though perfect at that time but once they get your payment they seem to have all kinds of problems and 6 months later and 20 hours of waited emails and ecplaing things over and over again I still don't have a finished product
