Would give zero starts if possible. Garbage nonexistent and customer service, refusal to do the singular job the site exists for; fulfill prescription lense orders correctly. Not only were they unbelievably slow to dispatch and deliver the order, it was completely wrong. They then proceeded to copy/paste replies for an entire email conversation whilst refusing to deal with the issue described. I received nonprescription lenses when I paid for prescription. They would like to now take the money and run whilst placing the blame on the customer for their incorrect order processing. Also the reviews on the website are fake, they are shown as 'testimonials' and there is no way for you as an actual customer to submit a review on their site regarding your order, thus they pick and chose the 'testimonials' in their favour.

Worst Company Ever!

Ordered some Chopard sunglasses from Vision Pros USA. They arrived damaged so I wanted to send them back. They only give store credit. Turns out they are located in Canada. They won't cover shipping so I have to pay to return them via international post at my cost which is super expensive. I thought it was USA? So now they sent a second pair and they are damaged as well and won't take them back. They won't give store credit either. And to top it all off they are dismissive and rude by email and chat. DO NOT do business with these thieves. You will regret it immensely.

Beware: NON-stock items

Some items are listed as NON-STOCK ITEMS
Which means that they have to order it from somewhere else
And then wait for it to arrive before shipping it to you
Which may take 2-3 weeks Before they ship to you
So
Do not pay for express shipping

Because you will not receive your order in 2-3 days

So wierd

Learned my lesson
February 7, 2023

Ordered and paid in full with expidited shipping on DECEMBER 13,2022. Delivered FEBRUARY 6,2023.
No answers from customer service. No explanations. No refund of shipping. No customer service.
I will. GLADLY pay more to have questions answered and less than 2 month delivery for TWO BOXES of contacts. Never. Ever. Again.

I ordered contacts about a month ago to specifically make sure I had them for my trip (and by the time my recent ones ran out). Not only have they not arrived yet, but I received an email today saying they are on backorder and not available yet. They haven't even shipped them yet! At this point, I wish I didn't order them at all. I only ordered from this company as in the past it would take about a week for me to receive them. Looks like I may have to go elsewhere for my contacts now as this is very disappointing. :(

Terrible first time experience
September 23, 2022

I previously used CLC to order contacts and decided to give Vision Pros a try. It will be over two weeks (11 business days) until my order is fulfilled. My delivery location is in downtown Toronto and I usually received my order in 1-3 days from CLC. After I hadn't received a shipping notification within 3 business days after placing my order I contacted their support asking them to ship the item or cancel the order. They informed me that they don't stock the item I ordered (the stock of the item is hidden under product description drop down and not apparent anywhere else on the product page or the checkout process) and it would take 3-5 business days to receive the item from the supplier and an additional 1-3 days of shipping. They threatened to charge me a 10% restocking fee despite the fact their website says items that have not shipped are only subject to a 3% fee to recoup credit card fees so I did not cancel. I paid for priority delivery and the shipping label was created on a Monday. Delivery has been delayed for a full week and the reason for the delay listed on Canada Post website is "Item was received by Canada Post at a different location than expected.". This company has failed in every aspect, from website design (lack of clearly presented information about order fulfilment), customer service, and shipping. I cannot consciously recommend ordering from this company over its competitors.

Use to buy my contacts from here but they switched everything over and lost all my info. Maybe it was for the best lens.com is cheaper for the same contacts. Wouldn't recommend buying from here anymore.

Constant lies

I placed an order in March for Acuvue lenses - I was told that the lenses were on back order due to supply chain. I was patient but a month went by and i had to order anther brand from them. They then sent emails (June 10th) to me saying they were in and would ship in 72 hours - this was all lies. I returned from Europe over a month later and still no lenses. Every email said they would be shipping soon

Poor customer service

Contacts were fine, but terrible customer service. Priority shipping stated 1-3 days so paid extra as needed them ASAP. Ordered on a Tuesday & got them the following Monday. Instead of trying to be helpful when contacting them all I got was a list of excuses as to why that was acceptable.

Defective contact lenses

I received a box of defective lenses. I jumped through all the hoops required in order to remedy the problem. After numerous chats, I was told they were unable to send replacements or give me credit. I would not recommend this business.

Its a scam!

So I bought three of these glasses for my old mum thinking that it could solve some of her vision problems.
First of all, the site were I ordered them did not indicate that they would be shipped from another country. We live in Sweden and the glasses was shipped from the Netherlands, if I recall correctly. This means that there was an added customs fee that I did not expect in the total cost.

But what really gets me going is that on arrival all three pair of glasses was broken. The adjustment screw on the right hand side had busted threads and did not work at all. Furthermore, what I could see thru the left lens indicated that the focus on these so called glasses was not really "focused". And nowhere could I find a position on these adjustable lenses that allowed me to se anything thru the glasses. It did, however, manage to spawn a beginning headake as I was looking thru them for about 3-4 minutes trying to find a focus point that would eventually work. That never happened.
This product is made out of plastic. And if the lences gets separated with less than half a millimeter between them, the focus is completly gone. Think of the lens that will be closest to your left eye and the one that will be closest to our book on the same eye. If there is the sligtest gap in between them, the focus is gone. And that is an other great issue. The low quallity of the product. The lenses are no way as exact as they need to be to function and the frame does not have the rigidity it needs to be able to keep the lenses in focus.

So, all I can say is: Save your time and money and buy desent glasses. There are no short cuts to quallity.

I order 4 boxes Turquoise color.
Just yesterday I opened the 1st box as I was going out for the 1st time since covid. I was very desapointed as the contact lenses, did not make any change on my eyes color. I have dark eyes and it seems I should have chosen a lighter color. I feel so sad and hope if I can exchange the 3 box left unopened, totally sealed as I received them with a different lenses.
Please reply and help as I do not want to throw them away

HORRIBLE SHIP TIMES

Be aware that even if you pay extra for expedited shipping, your order will take roughly 2 weeks to arrive. With something as crucial as eyewear, a company shouldn't over promise and under deliver. Has happened more than once, and when you try to address it they just throw tracking numbers at you with information that isn't updated.
