Yesterday, I visited this store Windsor, and purchased four dresses for my daughter. However, a lady informed me that I couldn't return one. Upon returning home, my daughter tried on the dresses, and unfortunately, the pink one was too small, especially since it was the most expensive one. I decided to change her size at the store. Today, I visited the store again, only to be met by the manager, Jack. Despite my explanation that the tag clearly stated the dress was not returnable, Jack refused to allow me to change the size. I explained that I was changing the size to a larger one, I wasn't plan to return the dress, and we had the larger size in our hands. However, Jack's response was dismissive, stating that I needed to sell the dress on Facebook or some other platform, and she against Refused to help me on this matter!
Sold me a faulty dress, hundreds of sequins falling off at the slightest touch. They tried to avoid replacing or refunding the item and are trying to make it as difficult as possible to resolve despite the fact they are violating consumer rights laws.
2 dresses now ordered and received both have been stitched backwards and the clasps upside down on the wrong side.
Scam... Scam... Scam! Do not order Express shipping with the highest charge from Windsor! Do so at your own risk! I paid 25 extra dollars for next day shipping. They told me after the fact that I would have to wait two to three business days to process the order. Then another two days for them to ship Express. It was listed as next day shipping. When I called them I asked him if it was coming by UPS or FedEx. I was told it would be coming by the United States postal service. Everyone knows that USPS is snail mail, and if it was truly expressed I would have received my order days ago. My event is now coming up. I am now forced to have to go find a dress in person. Do not purchase from this company online unless you want to be screwed over with shipping. Also the reviews are all true! They tried to scam you out of your money when you try to return. You will not be refunded the money for the express shipping. So I'm out of $25 when I paid for Express. Also they're trying to charge me $20 to send the item back so now I'm having to come out of pocket and still have not received my money back. I placed my order 4 days ago, and I still have not received any tracking information. Mind you I paid for next day shipping for Express. Customer service agents are rude and unhelpful! They are condescending, and will tell you that it's your fault and that everything is stated on the website when it's not. It's missed information and false advertising by stating that you are purchasing next day, delivery when it could be further from the truth. They don't mention anything about the processing days that are done before and blame you!They are a scam scam scam! BI will never order from this company ever again!
I've purchased a few items from this store and although I understand typical return policies, this place has the worst. My fault for thinking you have 60 days for returns or exchanges, so when I went to return one item, they wouldn't refund, exchange or offer store credit because it was over 30 days, by ONE day. Are you freaking kidding me? So now I'm stuck with something I can't wear.
Lesson learned not shopping here anymore.
They were late on delivering my dress, then when it finally came I refused the package, but then to top it off I didn't get a full refund - I had $20 deducted... Despite them being late. Don't order from here.
Product ordered in November, orders confirmed with price increased from purchase. 2 days later I receive numerous emails from "DHL" requesting approval of delivery without signature.after many emails which I ignored, they changed the order status on the promised delivery date to "There is an issue with your Order". I ordered two dresses and received one after 10 days shipping is slow and waiting for my other dress and they don't even know they will ship
Out very bad service only recommendations if your in no hurry or want to wait a month then order from here not happy will never order from again! Won't accommodate with fast shipping or check on dress status again you have to wait 24 hours sad company no communication
This company is a complete waste of time. I ordered 10 dresses, after 12 days only 2 had shipped and were delivered. I reached out to customer service and was told it was still within the delivery window and the items were on back order, however they were still showing in-stock on their website. A day later I reached out again and was informed there was an issue on their end and everything was being refunded. Quality of the dresses are crap quality. Safe yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere
I received a dress made totally different than the website showed, and appeared defective. A nice lady at customer service said she would send me a shipping label at no cost to return. Then in a few hours I received an e-mail from a different customer service rep stating I would not be receiving a return label to return the defective dress.
I have for years had customer service issues with Windsor, but this was the worse!
My plan was to purchase several more items soon, but this situation changed my plan. I will shop more elsewhere now.
I took my three great nieces (Cust. # **************) out today to look at Home Coming dresses. They knew exactly where they wanted to shop, WINDSOR. I'm not a pro shopping for girls dresses, but lucky for us we were greeted by a Sales Assoc., by the name of ARAIYA (No. *******). To say that she is an asset to the company would be an understatement. Very friendly, knowledgeable and not the slightly bit pushy. Actually, we left the store but returned after a short conversation in the mall. I have to say ARAIYA was the main reason we purchased today instead of coming back at another time. I WILL be coming back in a couple weeks for the 2nd niece's dress. THANK YOU! 5 STAR experience
On Aug.16,2023, I had asked a clerk to hold items before the close. I gave my name. I came back 10 minutes before they closed and my items were restocked. 5 ladies in the store no one tried to help all they said was the items were put back. So I find them hurriedly taking them off the hanger to assist the l cashier and the hangers are heavy and hit the table, she said if you slamming things I'm not going to wait on you. I told her I was helping you and put them on the side not at you or in front. I told her don't show out. The other workers maybe the assistant Manger said, don't you show out. I said just ring me up so I can go. The entire crew was rude and useless. They do not have any clue on how to provide standard customer service. All they do is stand around and talk to each other. I wish I was lying, but I literally got scammed. I ordered a dress and the delievery date kept getting pushed back, but when I contacted customer service they assured me that my dress would be delivered. It never was delivered and I never got my money back. First time even ordering something from here and I will never do it again. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
So far I have bought 5 dresses and the quality and looks have been absolutely gorgeous. They make the best outfits as well but the dresses are the main attraction and so adorable! They also have amazing service and nice staff. I 100% recommend shopping at this store!
I'm a former ASM & my experience working at Windsor was terrible. Every other day, the store manager would criticize what I was wearing. I couldn't wear a baseball hat & I couldn't wear a t-shirt, MEANWHILE the store manager herself would wear a hat & tee & it was the same for other employees. Doesn't seem fair, does it? She definitely had her favorites & let me tell you… I wasn't one of them. I took a summer job that lasted only a month, so I needed to change my availability, but I tried really hard to make it work at Windsor so I could be there for the business. That, however, didn't fly with the store manager or the district manager, Kelly. Kelly wanted to cut my hours & drop me down to part time. WHAT? I was very upset & thought this whole ordeal was unfair. Kelly proceeds to tell me, well actually she tells Liz, the store manager, because she didn't have the decency to tell me herself, that once my summer job was over, that my full time position wouldn't be available. I'm sorry, but what? How does that even make sense? Anyways, moral of the story, don't work at Windsor. They pay like $#*! & expect you to bend over backwards kissing customers asses.

The Windsor store at the Treasure Coast Mall is amazing. Very clean. Sexy fun original clothes. I have already complimented manager, Marcey, her friendly assistant and the others girls personally. They are kind and patient while helping find the perfect clothes for my weird figure. I highly recommend. This place is top notch! You will find customer service as it meant to be here. You will be helped and have fun! I am a loyal customer after several great shopping experiences in this space! Thank you!
Jelena the store manager at Windsor in Westfield Annapolis was absolutely incredible! She made the experience super comfortable and efficient. She made me feel good in the clothes I was wearing. I walked out with 2 dresses and shoes in time for my birthday party!

Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
