I bought licenses for Office 21. Within a few minutes after I bought Office 21 I was able to get the license numbers and download the software. No problems everything worked.

The instructions are a little convoluted and needing to open up a couple of webpages seems unnecessary. However, once I figure out the convolution, I was able to successfully complete the transaction.
