I recently completed a national video project where I worked with multiple vendors to create a variety of videos. We contracted with WizMotions to create 2 animated explainer videos. We paid $4,206.50 for a 1D and a 2D video. The project has extended over 8 months with 1 video delivered and the 2nd stalled after I relayed this feedback from our team.

This is really rough. The animation looks like a 1980s Atari game to me (the "liquid" flowing into the measuring cups is a specific sort of awful that I don't understand how they could even deliver to a client without feeling ashamed of themselves).

I ran the first video from Wiz Motions through a test of 100 users and the video scored the lowest among the group (including videos simply made with AI software).

The whole production process was so much work, it seemed that at every step along the way things had to redone. Wiz Motions tried to charge us even more to make changes saying it was company policy. At this point I haven't heard back from them in a month and I am tired of having to fight to try to get something I would actually show clients. We already paid for the videos so it would be included on our 2018 expenses. What a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. I hope you can learn from our mistake and not hire them!

We have felt truly blessed to have Wiz Motions. I have used Wiz Motions on 3 projects this year. Video is the most effective way to reach your audience, and the Wiz Motions product represents not only a highly impactful tool, but a tremendous value. The Wiz Motions team has proven to us time and again, that they will do what it takes to create the type of content that my clients need to have. The first video we created with Wiz Motions has generated 4000% ROI. If you are on the fence, don't be.

This is the 3rd time i have used wizMotions for animation videos and once again they have done an excellent job. My contact Mark is very professional, courteous and responsive. He was able to take my concept and script and with very few revisions get it perfect. Not only do I like the quality but the change requests and responsiveness were nearly always completed within 24 hours. Very quick turnaround time. If you know what you are looking for and can clearly articulate the idea to a storyboard concept they can take it from there and get it done quickly. Before we began our biggest fear was if they could create the visuals that my team had imagined and f they could deliver us a product on time. Which they delivered on in both cases. They did a great job overall and gave a product better than our expectations

My favorite part about working with them was hearing their visual ideas that went perfectly with our script. It was like they were reading our minds. Also, they were always there to respond to any email or question we had.

Overall, I would say that they deliver on time and the highest of quality work. And their price is absolutely fair for what they produce. Will be working with them again in the near future.

Solid experience with wizMotions. Started with a 3d video which was changed to a 2d video. Incurred additional fees, but reasonable considering the scale of change. Faithfully reproduced the vision of the design firm that created the video storyboard.

As for value, I think it is very good. Take into account the range of explainer video firms out there. These videos crush the low end firms. The high end firms so to speak will charge multiples of wM's fee schedule and no guarantee you will recoup that investment. Occasional delays can creep in, but are bearable, all things considered.

I'm extremely satisfied with the cooperation, support and talent of the team at wizMOTIONS. Our new video is even better than I thought it would be. My biggest challenge in promoting some of my products was not having the ability to speak directly with my potential customers to explain WHY they should use my products and the SHOW THEM by using illustrations. My new video hits the nail on the head. I would certainly recommend wizMOTIONS to my friends. In fact I plan to develop another video very soon! Great Work. Great People.

I needed a project done very quickly, and from the start, they jumped into action. My project manager was extraordinarily responsive and open to feedback. In the end, WizMotion delivered just the product I needed--and in even less time than what they initially estimated! So glad that I found them when I did and I will almost certainly be using them in the future.

Before finding WizMotions, I was not sure how to describe our product (a Head UP Display for general aviation) simply and easily and affordably in a video. We found them and they did in a very short time exactly what we wanted & needed. They took a complex topic, wrote a clear & succinct script, used images we provided and developed a fabulous product. Also, it was affordable.

My favorite part of the experience was seeing the video take shape. They started by developing a script. This was based upon an interview with us about our product, how it is used, our customers and the benefits we provided to them. Of course, we provided materials to help in this process. They took those materials and finalized the script, made a storyboard and eventually the final product. All of this happened in about three weeks!

If you have a product or service that you want to explain in a simple and understandable way using a compelling video, hire these folks. You will be very happy.

I was very impressed with wizMotions, especially the team lead, Federico Perez. After extensive research I found wizMotions to be the best fit for my needs. As a realtor, thinking outside the box when advertising is very important. Federico and his team were great to work with. The communication, suggestions and execution was top notch professionalism. The team always made sure we knew where we stood in the process and was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. I see other reviews stating that it takes forever to get the video done but I can safely say that the timeline is nearly 100% dependent on how quickly you respond to them. If not for delays in getting our team on the same page, the videos we ordered could have been done in a matter of days/weeks. Very helpful team on their end and final product met our expectations.

Feels weird that I never actually talked to anyone other than the copywriter. Everything is done in Basecamp and requires no one-on-one contact. The team was very efficient and we knocked out a great little whiteboard video in just 1 month. (Would've been faster, but my company was the hold-up). Already planning video #2!
