Very suspicious timing on my purchase of a vintage magazine which was confirmed, but never sent and suspicious purchases with the same card days and weeks later. I never got any reply from this company trying to follow up on my purchase via their contact form and phone, and the purchase was not fulfilled. I am positive this was the site that stole my CC info and I had issues shortly after my "purchase" here resulting in fraudulent charges and having to replace my card.
Purchased a very common book at an average price.
Firstly they shipped the wrong item. I let them know they proceeded to charge me the full amount again. No response regarding the double charge.
They then shipped the correct item which was listed as good condition. It is in damaged condition. Should be listed as damaged to poor condition. Pages are completely separated from spine! The book is in two pieces. Ridiculous.
I could've purchased from any number of sellers at the same price.
Absolutely regrettable purchase.
Still no acknowledgement of the double charge. I've paid an insane amount for a damaged book.
Received damaged $165.50 vintage Jethro Tull poster. Wolfgang's express policy on their packing slip is "we guarantee your order against damage that may occur during the shipping process." I promptly notified them of the damage and sent photos. Their ultimate response was that they would sell me another poster at 40% off. Extremely disappointed. I will never buy another poster from these people.
Shop elsewhere. Terrible experience on multiple orders. Customer service does not answer phone or email. Sent wrong items. Impossible to return exchange. Had to turn to credit card and paypal for remedy. An amateur operation that does not meet basic expectations of service.
I ordered some great old allman brothers stuff from here. The shirt was awesome and came practically instantly. Also, i found a coupon code after i already made the purchase. I called and they applied it to the order, no problem.
Pretty seamless transaction here and the selection is just awesome. You can spend hours looking around the site. Great place.
I bought an item from this business late last year (2021) and it was literally falling apart. This was NOT the item pictured in the image on the website. It took over a week for me to hear back from them and they did nothing for me. I am very disappointed and I would not buy from this business again nor would I recommend it. Seems very duplicitous.

This company fraudulently bills 3.99 a month on my credit card. I have tried to call them over and over. I leave messages, they never call back. This has been going on for over a year. They conveniently won't let you cancel your subscription on-line, you have to call them. However, they never answer their phone. Someone needs to take this company to court and have them closed down for fraud.
Bought a couple thousand dollafs worth of posters. Some not delivered. NO refund on those not delivered. Called them 25 plus times. Have never heard back. Worst customer service imaginable. Have they stolen my moeny?

I tried for the better part of 3 years to have Wolfgangs cancel my membership that they charged to my VISA monthly. Finally canceled my VISA card and suddenly they are talking to me. Their customer service sucks. Don't sign up!
Poster I ordered was shipped and I received it within a week. The condition was exactly as Wolfgang's had advertised it I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Shipping posters is something that takes time to master. We still get nervous when shipping the last ones we will ever have. As you may know, most of the items we have cannot be replaced. They are a beloved piece of history, so when they are gone they are lost forever.
