Bought here a full pack of security cams with the controller to place them on house's corners. I couldn't make uo my mind about the choice, but the fact that I didn't consider any other company besides this one is indubitable.
There are quite appealing price, high-tech security cameras and responsive customer support who guided me through the assortment. I believe this is an irreplaceable store for those who have security concerns.
My only issue was that I was not able to use Paypal. The order was greyed out and I could not finalize it until I switched my payment method to Amazon Pay.

Ordered a part for a camera from their store. It showed In-Stock and for $39. The next day they e-mailed me and say they don't have it, but Geovision has a few left. The bigger problem is that WorldEyeCam won't honor the price that I paid on their site because they said it was a mistake. The "correct" price for the part is $89. Most companies I deal with will mark it as a loss and honor what they post as the price. Also, I'm tired of their site continually saying items are in-stock when they are actually not and need to be shipped from the manufacturer.
There is no one in Canada who can supply your products or have your service, Worldeye Cams service is great as usual anytime I have a problem or something goes wrong Amy always fixes it, UPS, on the other hand, missed the mark by 5 days but since we weren't hanging by our heads for this it didn't really matter how long it took so everything is good.
The people here appear to be quite knowledgeable, Jay is understanding of one's needs and does the best he can to try and help with purchase, set up and making sure you are happy with the product. As always Jay does his best to resolve any problems or issues that may arise, and offers suggestions to help. I have found that the more info you give in terms of what you are looking for they try to offer options that may serve your purpose. Also, even if you think you need only so many cameras plan for future options meaning in terms of nvr / dvr don't get just a 4 channel thinking that is all you need, I would recommend an 8 channel or greater depending on your purpose, size, locations of, as well as your internet speed, etc.
I made an on line purchase with this company. They informed me my order was accepted and charged my account for the amount posted. I Quoted my customer based on what worldeyecam was providing me only for worldeyecam to send me an email that they could not provide me this equipment due to they needed MORE money in order to ship me the product. They even went as far as to offer me a "So called" One time deal due to their mistake that was a JOKE! No deal at all. TOTAL WAIST of my time and money dealing with Worldeyecam! Will never Do business with this company again and advise anyone who reads this to do the same!
Free shipping over $100 would be nice. Not sure how the manufacturer could have printed the wrong address. That was very disappointing for paid shipping.

Although World Eye offers free pick-up, somewhat disappointed that item was not immediately available at business location. The fact that I had to wait until item was delivered from warehouse cost me two hours of non-productivity. Not their fault but had I known beforehand, could have made other arrangements. Website is clear about scheduling pick-up so recommend anyone in similar situation confirm pick-up time/location before purchase. Unfortunately, in my case, purchase was made after normal business hours. Did not receive any notification regarding pick-up until I called following morning. Still very thankful they stocked part and I was able to complete project on time.
Haven't installed product yet so I can't comment on quality (IR Flood Light) but shipping was quick, friendly site, good price, overall easy process.

Well, I had several email transactions asking questions, so I was a little surprised to find that I have the wire and connectors for the video cable, but I have nothing for the power cable. I would have thought that the representative would have told me that I needed additional wiring for the power. I thought that I was getting a complete system. Oh well, I still think it is a good deal.
Your cameras have the advanced features I'm looking for. I just received my order today but I haven't had time to install and test the system yet. I like the fact that is is a feature rich camera in such a compact package.
Alfred Yates has been extremely helpful in informing me as to what equipment I need. He and Pedro were very helpful in determining the video problem as being on my end. We purchased a new, correct resolution monitor and all is well.
