Paid for express shipping on custom Christmas cards, got no delay notification, no response from customer service, and now it's too late to send cards to friends and family. Extremely disappointing

I went with the metal ornaments for cost cutting and I feel it was the right call. Not only was it cheaper, but the metal will not break unlike the ceramic ornaments when packed away or the pets attack the tree.
I enjoyed the fast delivery and the updates but the item I purchased did not come perfect. It has damage on the bottom left. With the company doing lots of things for weddings you would think there would be better packaging or safety for the products. Due to the time of my wedding there is nothing I can do but in the future it will make me question using the company again.

The card design was perfect! I was able to write a brief message to be included along with a simple picture! The site was user friendly and the design was just what we wanted!
I love the cards, however they weren't packaged well so the sides of the cards were tore up. Most of them are still in good shape but about 5 were messed up
I guess it's my fault that I didn't realize the earring cards that I ordered were missing holes. I had to punch holes in all of the cards manually. Otherwise cards were great!

I ordered two t-shirts to give as Christmas gifts. I was pleased with how quickly they shipped and arrived, but was quickly disappointed. One of the shirts arrived with a stain on the front, right next to the neck line. It looked like oil or something similar. I'm addition to the stain, the overall feel and quality of the shirts feels pretty sub par. I wish I would have ordered elsewhere.
