It said instant download. I purchased 3 downloadable items from Zibbet but never received any download link to it or any order confirmation email. The amount was deducted from My PayPal. Later when checked for it, it started showing me this error.
PLEASE DON'T BUY from this site, you will find very similar items on Etsy.
Do not spend your money on their site, it is a scam and they take no responsibility for their sellers! I bought an item through them from a Yanna Kusumawati and the money was immediately taken from my account and I have heard nothing from either the seller or Zibbet after several attempts to reach out to them. I am now in the process of having Paypal reverse the charges and flag this seller, but the process is time consuming especially this time of the year. You would think using Paypal would legitimize the seller but it is not the case at Zibbetmarketplace!
Easy to use, easy to add products, easy to get paid. For me the decision was easy. ETSY never indexed my shop, didn't reply to my emails and hasn't refunded my initial fees.
After googling for handmade sales websites, I choose Zibbet cause the info said $5/month & the Zibbet website ALSO SAID $5/MONTH... After I loaded my info & products, & clicked the FREE 14 DAY TRIAL, I got an instant message cost would be $120 annually. Fortunately, I didn't set up payment but instead messaged them I'm ONLY INTERESTED IN THE $5/MONTH PLAN. Then I get an email that the only plan available is $10 paid annually or $12 month-to-month. Their messaging system is also difficult to use. I advised them of all of the above as well as they are FALSELY ADVERTISING... SO YOU ALL BEWARE!
Ordered a custom mask in late June. Said that it would be shipped in 10-21 days (taking into account the pandemic). I still have not received the mask and can't get a response from the seller. Will be avoiding this site like the plague moving forward!
Spotty communication at best. You have to jump through hoops to try to make a return! And then they stop communication altogether when you follow their return policy. Plus, you are out the money for shipping both ways if they accept the return. RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE. Do NOT buy!
I ordered my son a wallet. It never came. The seller promised to send another then continuously told me to keep waits (9 plus weeks). Then told me if I didn't want it that once I finally got it (still havent) that I could pay to ship it back to Hong Kong for a "refund"... I contacted the website and they told me they "don't get involved" what a joke!
DO NOT order from here, I ordered my bridesmaid dresses it was $180 each and it was suppose to be champagne and came in yellow and looked like a Halloween costume. They are saying they wont refund it, and it takes forever for them to respond. Don't waste your time
*** Update ***
After having a zibbet shop for a year, and getting 4 sales, I have decided to go back to Etsy. Zibbet is lovely and will likely work for many people, but it is not the platform for me, or the items I sell
***Original review***
I was an Etsy fan. Having three different shops, selling three different types of items since 2008 and always have been successful. Always sales, always happy.
Then in 2018, I was noticing the customers I worked hard to bring there, were then driven away by Etsy showing them similar, and sometimes less expensive items when checking out from my store.
My time and experience is worth what I charge. I saw my numbers go down and decided it wasn't worth my time any more.
Two years later I'm ready to try something else, so I am with Zibbet.
It is so great and reminds me of old Etsy. When Etsy was GREAT. Zibbet is great. Sure it's a little rough around the edges but it's so authentic and the customer service is helpful and spot on.
I am still in the 14 day trial period and after a week, Ive had a good sale as well as many views. Sure I have to work to bring in my customers, but I was doing that before anyway.
I suggest giving ZIbbet a good, solid effort. Give them 6 months but you need to be there to promote and network. You can't expect something out of nothing.

I've had a Zibbet shop since 2010 when the were selling lifetime accounts for an influx of equity. I bought in based on all the things they said the new platform would be. Deadlines passed and nothing. People started asking questions and started disappearing from the forums. Almost no one had sales and all Zibbet staff did was promise things at some ever changing future date. I took all the items from my store and walked away with the hope that someday they would get their crap together.
More than a year AFTER the promised deadline they rolled out the new platform which was actually WORSE than the first platform. In addition they took away many of the features we already had in the first platform with yet another promise of some future date that it would be added back in. The Market Place continued to be dismal and the better stores were leaving because it was a waste of time. Zibbet still hadn't done anything to affect traffic such as Google listings or SEO. They also added a website feature but the website is so poorly designed that only a few items show above the fold meaning without scrolling.
So I decided to give another peek to see what my expensive lifetime account investment was doing and they've completely changed format AGAIN! Apparently a year ago they announced that they are now an inventory management company promising FUTURE sales channels at all the big marketplaces. As per usual it's a year later and the only sales channel they have that is not their own is Etsy. To top it off, the DASHBOARD is non functional in their new platform a year after it was presented. What kind of company rolls out a platform with a non-functioning dashboard.
Anyhow, I'm clearly never going to get any value from that lifetime membership. I might as well have thrown that money away.
I'm starting think the whole thing was a scam from the start. Multiple times they offered expensive lifetime accounts for promised services that never happened. After one very successful membership push it was rumored that the company spent the money on a very expensive vacation retreat rather than invest it on the promised upgrades. I can't even think of a worse website. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I just learned that the AC Moore channel which they had promised is a store that closed 10 months after their announcement.
Tried this and did an Etsy ship import - took over 2 days to import, lacks so many necessary features to be a true selling platform. They need to build the platform with all needed seller features and then try to market and draw sellers/customers once all ship features are in place and working properly.
They need to improve the products section, in this way can not work
1- No option to select all in Variations
2- When Edit Variations Delete Just one Variation Like Black color, All prices restart to the minimum or 0
3- Missing product photos when import from Etsy
4- No Select all option to change Price
I have 189 Products and each product has 200+ Variations. Do they think I can manually enter the price one by one? Do they think I will change the price one by one?
Very poor Creative & Technical team Poor, No knowledge about sellers needed
The funny it is this platform want help to make the work easier HOO HOO
I ordered a dress from this site and it was a totally different dress in real life! Customer services explanation was that all dressed come different which I accept but this was way off. Don't waste your money or time. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off! Kristin - Los Angeles, CA (I tried to attached pictures from my iPhone but I need to download in a different format, sorry don't have time w/ 3 kids) Hope you find this helpful and DO NOY BUY. FAKE DRESSES
I love my Zibbet shop, let me tell you... i´m a Etsy shop owner since 2015 and my store doesn´t look so beautiful as the one on Zibbet. The customer service is great, although the sales are not like Etsy i had a few sales per month (I opened my store a year ago) I work really hard in order to bring traffic to my shop so is not only create a listing and wait for sales, it is about how much work you do.
I totally recommend it ;) My shop is LythiumArt from Venezuela, you are welcome!
Just opened my shop. So far I love the communication with Zibbet and how easy is was to transfer my listings from another market to this one. There is room for improvement, such as adding forums. I purchased a month so far but going to make it a year subscription. I hope to see Zibbet grow bigger.
I just became a seller inside zibbet, i was worried i wouldn't sell, but now i sold 4 dresses, i am happy for this, also no transaction fee!
So I make art and crafts. Decided many years ago to try selling online. Started out on ebay. NOT the place to sell hand made art of any kind. Great for some things, just not this. Then along came a new one, etsy. "All things handmade." And at first they were great. They slowly they started doing dumber and dumber things. Support for sellers vanished. They never did have a phone. They got so greedy and dumb I moved my two shops to one of many new sites emerging since etsy, one called Artfire. And at first they were great. They had a PR person who was just fantastic at both explaining what changes will mean to sellers and why, AND at getting your listings out there. Now this is very important to anyone selling on these huge sites. Sure the site is huge, but your little corner on it is microscopic.
I would do regular searches online for stuff similar to what I make just to see who shows up. Ebay, etsy, Artfire all showed up in google shopping. Zibbet? NEVER.
NOT ONCE. Try it if you don't believe me. What ever item you like, try searching for it. Do you see Zibbet anywhere?
The worst thing, like all these sites, they have their own forum boards. These are only used by people with accounts. Sellers. I posted asking why Artfire shows up in search engines but not Zibbit and was banned from the forums. And no one would ever answer me as to why, for how long, let alone answer the question posted.
So. Ebay, not the place for art.
Etsy. Greed rules. People still do well there, but be warned, they are a greedy lot and have put in place more ways to lead a shopper OFF your shop than anyone.
Artfire also got bit by the greedy bug and started slapping adds all over our listings.

All scattered through the product description. I counted 13 on one page alone.
That great PR guy they had bailed. Should have been my first sign things were going down hill.
Zibbet? NO support for me. I never really moved a lot of stuff to them and never will. Banning a seller your hoping to make money off of just for posting a question in their forum board is really beyond stupid. And all for just mentioning another site? They could have deleted the post and sent me a warning. I never knew because every other site didn't have a problem with mentioning the competition in their seller only forums. I sent numerous emails asking about this and never got a reply. I finally removed the few items I did have listed and deleted my account.
Advice shoppers? It's not the site you need to worry about. This is just a venue to connect you with someone selling something. So "support" for you means contacting the seller and see how it goes.
But sellers? Honest, it's worth the investment to just build your OWN site. It will take a lot longer to "get it out there" but once you do, it's yours. Under your control, and no greedy heartless CEO can ruin your business. All these venue sites are just a big gamble. Don't spend too much to find out everything I just said is true.

Although I did not continue on with this site, I can't speak highly enough of their customer support. Every query was answered promptly.
I loved the look of my site, but circumstances stopped me from continuing.
As with any personal website, seller needs to do some promotion of their own. This is not like ebay and Etsy where you can just leave it all up to them. So much less in fees, but need to work on own exposure. In my view, this site is a great alternative to having your own website, not so much an alternative to Ebay or Etsy where you pay high fees for far greater exposure.
I am happy with this site, and will give it another go when I have more opportunity to give it my all.
Answer: Yes, that would be a Zibbet website. Zibbet has a marketplace and each seller also has their own web page. That's what you're seeing. Beautiful dresses!
Answer: Yes, this is a seller's website. Zibbet has a marketplace and each seller has a website of their own as well.
Answer: It depends on each shop and their shipping times. You should contact the seller you purchased your item from and see what they say. If they are unresponsive, I'd ask Zibbet support. It may take a day, but they'll get back with you.
Answer: No, migrating your items over to Zibbet will not close your Etsy store. In fact, Zibbet just announced that they will be linking with other selling venues and Etsy will be the first. This means that when an item sells on Etsy the quantity automatically adjusts in your Zibbet store. This will be a MAJOR time saver and will make selling on both marketplaces much easier. Pricing for some of their packages is expected to drop, too!
