This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.
The price was great and my initial experience with the product is positive. The delivery guys were great in helping me unpack and inspect the product.
The only area that I saw was delay in initial shipment. It took longer to arrive than I would expect.
Especially pleased that it is delivered at original committed time frame.
Expensive but great product and medium delivery speed
Appliance Connection had what I was looking for, so I ordered it. It took longer than it should have to process the order but once it was shipped, it came across the country quickly. I'm happy with my purchase.
Appliance arrived in undamaged condition. The appliance delivery was on time as promised. Drop off only took 5 minutes. Overall I'm very impressed with AC as I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase from an online store.
I had to return my purchase. I looked up the part on the manufacturer's website to ensure it was correct. While the inches matched, the kit ordered did not specify it was for a 1.6 cubic foot microwave instead of 2.2 cubic feet. This information would have been helpful to know. The return process was organized and efficient. Customer service was excellent.
Everything was good with the delivery but was disappointed when the delivery driver told me that I had to keep all the cardboard trash that came with the stove this is the first time I ever had that with a delivery thank you

Excellent service, received it order four days after it was placed, installation was perfect and very accommodating. Price was a great value!
Everything was great in terms of communication and delivery. However, the delivery crew really didn't install the appliance as advertised. Yes, they plugged it in, but I had to remove the packing materials inside the unit and install the handles. No big deal. Only took about 10 minutes. At least the crew hauled away the packing container and carried the unit upstairs. So overall, I was very satisfied.
The ordering process and delivery all went very well. If anything, the delivery was earlier than I expected so it arrived during a very busy week for me. My old refrigerator was still working so it wasn't something I needed to have happen ASAP. I am happy to have a new quiet fridge a week early.

No problem with delivery. Everything went well only waiting for one small piece that was missing from the fridge. Already talk to somebody hopefully they get back to me otherwise. Very happy with my purchase
