Banggood offer good deals but you have to be careful. I've noticed that shipping times can vary a lot and not all products live up to their descirptions. If you check customer reviews before buying, you can avoid most disappointments. Their support team tries to help but it's better to avoid issues in the first place

Ugh! Banggood is testing my patience. I ordered a drone a month ago and it is still haven't arrived. The tracking info hasn't updated in weeks and their customer service hasn't been much help. They keep saying they're "investigating" but im starting to think my order is lost. Not sure if i'll be buying here again if this doesn't get resolved soon.

I really like using this shop because it gives a huge choice of different items and offers. It is something like taobao for India, I guess. The service is fine as I didn't face any difficulties in ordering a product and receiving it.

Banggood is my preferred provider for small remote controlled airplanes, helicopters and spare parts and batteries. So far every time I was not fully satisfied for the received items, their customer service has been absolutely helpful in finding the best solution. One time a damaged items and a couple of times quality issues have been solved with price reduction, item replacement or even full refund. Off course I always spend a few cents more to have insured international delivery. I am satisfied and I can recommend their services.

DT NO. 1 DT66 smart watch looks nice and good built quality. But unfortunately it wasn't connecting to the phone (tried 2 different phones). After few emails to customer service and 2 weeks time, I received full refund for faulty product.

After a defect in a charger, Banggod Technical Support contacted me and the problem was quickly resolved with a subsequent delivery.

After i received my order ( a small drone), i found out its joystick was not working at all. I sent pictures and video to banggood support and without hesitation, they immediately proceed to resend my order with PDM. This is called after sales service! Well done guys.

I received my Senbono S30 watch well packed and in time. The watch starts working well, although suddenly its screen has been frozen, then after a time switched off and never became on. The Banggood customer service acknowledged the fact of unrepairable and poor quality product and offered a full refund, except the shipping cost.
This is an example of real care of its customers, they have compensated the loss with no hassle. Thank you Banggood.

I bought a Drone on Banggood, upon arrival of the goods the box was damaged, also one arm of the drone seemed damaged, I knew that they had nothing to do with the state of the package, but I still reported it.
They replied immediately and proposed to me to replace the goods, I haven't yet to receive the new drone, but certainly their behavior is synonymous with fairness and professionalism, I will continue to shop with Banggood

I had a very bad defective charger I bought from them and I ask for it to be repaired. Instead they offered a full refund on the product. Thanks to them I can search for a better charger model from them.

Regretfully my item didn't work. But the service was perfect - very fast reaction and full refund on the next day! Excellent work! Recommend!
