Throttle cable broke, have to adjust the clutch constantly. Piston retainer ring came out and destroyed the piston and cylinder wall. Piston rod has resistance moving up and down. Company now wants me tear down the entire engine and show pictures. I already sent pics of the piston. They won't refund or replace the engine. It's junk and a waste of time. Don't buy!
I ordered a 60/88cc bike kit. Paid for shipping protection. Gave a PO Box address. Was emailed a USPS tracking number. A few days later, checked the tracking and found the label had been cancelled. Emailed Bikeberry support. Was informed that it had been shipped FedEx. Was not given a tracking number. I replied to this email stating that FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, so please explain what is going on. No response. 9 days from the order date, I called Bikeberry. Was told that package was delivered Wednesday and signed for. BY WHO at a PO BOX? Was told I'd be emailed a FedEx tracking number. Checked out that tracking number and FedEx has no record of it. I am disputing this charge. Their site looks legit, but never buying from here again unless this is resolved and I get what I paid for.
Paid 14.95 for 3 day shipping. Ordered parts the day before at economy shipping but was worried they wouldn't arrive in time for a planned event I was to attend so I ordered the same part $2.21 again the folling morning and paid $14.95 expedited shipping. 3 day shipping. The part shipped 5 days later and was received 8 days later arriving together with the first order both being shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Nothing expedited about. Buyer beware. My first and last time I do business with this company. Should have read the reviews before buying. Seems I'm not the only one. 73% positive reviews. Not a very good customer satisfaction rating. If my ebay store had a 73% rating I would be out of business. Think about it!
The company told me that they had the ability and expertise to ship a bike to Alaska. They advertised this service at 375 dollars. After I purchased a bike, they informed me that it would be another 570 dollars due to my "remote location" in Alaska. After I paid that, the date of my delivery has continually changed. I have yet to receive my bike and it has been 2 months. We are literally running out of time. They refuse to track the shipment and they refuse to refund me anything for all the time I have not had the bike. Do not trust them. Do not buy a bike from them. They also stopped replying to my emails.
Every time I purchase something from bikeberry it's an instant regret from missing pieces to parts not included to a half assembled engine and more importantly customer support that is only meant to inconvenience you in any way possible with a 15% restocking fee that's $50 and you have to pay for return shipping on an item that they get discounted for shipping only prevents you from returning your item
Ordered a handful of parts to get my bike back going. Nothing from my order showed up but the wrong exhaust. I emailed them all the missing items, and a picture of what showed up. I noticed on the email they were just shipping an expansion tank(the same wrong one again, except this one has a giant hole welded closed, and full of slag). My order still isn't here and they keep spamming my email to spend money with no offer of discount or anything to help eas their blunder. I will not buy from bike berry again.
Unders orders the fulfillment part it says partial whatever that means I'm guessing it means they're shipping me a partial order which makes zero sense and you can't talk to anyone at this company to find out what's going on
I ordered Bike. Attempted to cancel order with 2 hours of online sales. I wanted to buy another bike after cancellation. I used chat and email and called 800 number. Customer service refused to cancel order. I will not buy any more products from bikeberry.
Overall a fantastic supply for all your mb needs if I had one complaint it would be the notify me when back in stock! You never get notified so your left with going back and checking constantly if it's something you need other than that no other complaints customer service is great and has helped solve all my issues and answer questions

I paid $75+ to have next day delivery. If it takes 1-3 business days for it to ship, can someone please explain to me why was I offer, for a fee, to have next day service? I guess I feel like I was scammed out of $75. I need transportation to and from my new job at Intel in my new home town of Phoneix, AZ. That was the major reason I chose to pay the upgrade of $75, because I have no other options at this time for transportation.
I had a part get messed up in shipping and they sent me that part for free I think that they are great
I've loved everything I've ever bought from bikeberry. But they're seriously lacking in the shipping department. I've chosen 1 day shipping for most things I order from them and it doesn't even get sent out till days later.
Everything is broken; frame is damaged, brakes hardly work, front rotor is to small for the caliber, kickstand is flimsy, missing parts, the banana seat slips on the frame even though i have tightened it to the point of stripping a bolt(scratched up my brand new paint), and the paint is more like a primer, and when I asked for help they sent me a email they never answered, and when I called they directed me to talk to a chat bot. I honestly think the people on youtube get different bikes than the costumer. Its either that or you have to join a bike club to get accurate information to have a reliable build. Honestly it feels like they tossed be a bunch of parts with no instructions and left me in the dark; in a attempt to extort more money out of me by forcing me to also pay their club members at the bike shop. Its like playing a video game where things keep breakin in order to keep you playing(spending). And for the record I didnt pay to play a game.
This bike is lighter and easier to ride than I expected. It's BIG. Those fat tires make for an awesome ride. The shift index was way off, so took it to a local shop to have them fix that. It's a pretty neat bike. People think it's custom.

After my original purchase I was happy but after receiving the bike and accessories I am far but happy. After I made my purchase I realized that the 26-in bike that I ordered was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it they refused to even though they didn't ship it yet and now I know why they charge a 15% restocking fee plus make you pay for the shipping and they only give you in store credit do not order anything from this company they are full of s*** not to mention what they did send me was full of rust dents and just an inferior product

My son had a walmart motor,for his bicycle. He only had it 2 weeks and it blew up,so he went to your web page and saw your motor kits and was very impressed so mom bought for him it looks to be high quality

Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
