Well, I called up to find out about a refund. I wasn't sure about it. I spoke to her and she's such a very, very nice lady to talk to. She looked it up with no problem at all was very, very kind and courteous, and a pleasant and gave me my answer we in no time She is very, very nice lady. Everybody was just as good as her. We won't have any problems at all with anything in this crazy world we live in such a nice lady

After receiving the knife I determine it was not for me so I went on the sight and clicked on returns. I was contacted shortly thereafter and in a few days received a label to send my knife back for a refund. Shortly after I went to UPS I received an email from Cloey E saying my card would be credited. Everything was a painless experience.

I'm terribly sorry, but I am still angry that I destroyed my perfect knife. I mistakenly took it out on Jen by giving her only 4 stars. Chad P and Cloey E both helped me out with an order. I ordered a knife I really like but the tip was bent out of the box. So I emailed and originally Chad P helped me out and explained the process and noted I wanted to exchange it for a new one of the same knife. When they got it back, Cloey E processed the exchange for me and sent me an email update as soon as it was done. Very easy to deal with and accommodating.

I purchased the knife but when i received, it turned out i didn't like how it feel at all. Give BladeHQ a call and Alyssa helped issuing return label right away without any problems. Ran into an issue where I ordered what thr gift recipient already had, and they had shipped so quickly I couldnt cancel. I asked if I needed to return the free promo knife (not a problem) and they gave me no hassle, said keep the promo knife and just return the Kershaw Livewire.

I've purchased from BladeHQ a handful of times and their selection of Pocket Knives and Pocket Knife Accessories is always great. This time around I did have to return an item that didn't quite meet my expectations. (CRKT Eat'n Tool XL). While there was nothing faulty with the product or delivery, the item itself was much larger than expected or the description led me to believe.
I contacted BladeHQ's customer service and within 1-2 business days I had a response with a pre-paid packing slip to return the unused item for a refund. Though customer service like this is pretty much standard these days, its still nice when the entire process goes through without issue. Little things like that make for a good experience even if it was to return an item.

I received an order with a factory defect, and I emailed asking about a return since I've never had to before. I got a response explaining the answer and the process, along with a return shipping label and the return process automatically started. Then, when they received my return, my replacement went out the next day without my intervention. Along with it, I got an email with an explanation and the new order number. I've ordered several knives from BladeHQ and all have been as advertised. In my last order there was a problem with shipping and I write to BladeHQ with my concerns. I got a reply back right away assuring me everything was being shipped (this was a problem with the parcel carrier—not BladeHQ) and they refunded my shipping costs completely. Outstanding service!

I had an issue with the pocket clip that would not remove the screw holding the plate. It also had an issue with the finish on the blade. They took it back and refunded my card. Thanks.

BladeHQ is where i go for most of my knife purchases but they really went above and beyond this time.
I placed an order, and shortly after, Blade Hq offered a promotional knife for spending 159.00 or more (which i had). I emailed them asking If I could reorder to get it, AND THEY DECIDED TO MAIL IT ME! Talk about helping out a return customer!

I had to return a wonderful knife that just wasn't right for me. After what I thought was a little too long without receiving an acknowledgement or refund I reached out to BHQ customer service, asking for a status on my return. Within an hour or so, Cloey G emailed me, apologized for the delay, and said she had processed my return! Awesome service!
