Ordered custom wheels for jeep wrangler, and of course went to discount tire to get them installed and lord behold one 3 black gloss wheels and 1 silver and black wheel, so i had to put 4 heavy wheels back in my jeep take them back home, unload them again in the house, and its going on 2 weeks now and still no return labels, ive talked to customer service 3 to 4 times about my return lables, so now my money is of course tied up, this had been the most difficult return ive ever had to deal with, carid,u would never get my business ever in life again, and i figure u most likely dont give a hoot
I had to call them four times and deal with the same exact answers of people saying give us 24-48 hours or however long they would say. Nobody ever called me back like they said and I always had to initiate. All of this was over the course of three weeks and only for two items.

Ordered a Chrome Bumper Assembly with side steps & no backup sensors for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Crew Cab; shows picture & fit confirmation on site. What arrived is not what was ordered. No problem, I'll just return it.
Called customer service to get return authorization & label & was told I would receive a credit after they received the product; also no big deal but THEN was informed my credit would be 1/4 of what I paid!?, um NO!
Then after speaking with said "supervisor " Cornelia, she said my credit would be even less! I told her they are Crooks & hung up.
I have also submitted an email requesting for someone to call me about this, I'll see what happens, but if I could I'd give them -10 star review!

I ordered a lower control arm from CARiD, after a couple months the bushings were bad. I contacted them, and the return process was pretty smooth. They sent out a replacement without giving me the runaround, and the second part was in good condition. Not perfect the first time, but I appreciate how they handled the issue professionally and quickly.

Carids website says saa pillar posts will fit 2005-2009 buick lacrosses. However, after paying $72.00 for pillar posts, they sent me pillar posts that are too small. Apparently they are made that way by the manufacturer. I called carid and they took care of it. I got a full refund and it's much appreciated. These things happen. Carid will make it right when things go wrong. I won't hesitate to shop at carid again.

Ordered wheels in mid-Novermber for a Christmas gift. Expected ship date listed on website was first week of December. They did not ship until after Christmas. I had to call CarID multiple times to get an update. Finally received around New Years, and a wheel was damaged in shipping. I was asked if I wanted a partial refund or a replacement. I requested a replacement. Received an email the next day that I had a store credit. Had to call to have another wheel purchased with the credit. After almost a month of no updates, I called AGAIN, only to be told it hadn't been ordered and now that wheel was not available. The manufacturer had to get the wheel in a different color and powder coat it. After multiple additional delays, order finally shipped in early APRIL. I have never spent so much time on the phone trying to get something fixed that wasn't my fault. I got a $100 store credit for the initial delay in November, but that's about it. No apology or anything. Do not recommend.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
