Original delivery date was to be Friday November 28.
Boots started from warehouse on East Coast. Were stalled in Illinois over Thanksgiving holiday with no updates. New delivery date was set for December 4. Boots were then delivered on December 1.
Just not a good delivery, FedEx never exceeds expectations
I have shopped in the store and online. Both experiences were great. Matt at the local store was super helpful in getting me set up.
It was a seamless experience shopping at CycleGear, it brought the credits available automatically and was able to apply it towards the order. Small things like that makes a difference!
Cycle gear has many good accessories and clothing accompanied by courteous knowledgeable staff. I am always pleased to work with Anthony who is a competent and amiable professional
Replaced an eleven year old Neotec helmet. My questions were answered about ordering a replacement Neotec 3. Helmet arrived ahead of scheduled time and discounts applied. Thank you
Kaleb has always been helpful from the time me and my husband stepped foot in the store to this day. I am a new rider and Kaleb has been very helpful and knowledgeable on all things for me.
Easy to understand site navigation... order and check out...
Awesome product! However FEDEX and their infinite wisdom were 2 days late on delivery and also turned my package into a football. Despite the severely crushed condition of the box the pants were unharmed and had no damage. 💪🏾😎
Makayla the store clerk in Fayetteville, NC was most helpful, making the transaction and easy to inlcude registering for the rewards program. She even called around and opened boxes to see if my size was locally available.
When I first try it out it felt tight but also i felt amazing and it was snuggled it is worth it especially the protection it provides
Great advice in Cycle Gear - rotated computer screen to look through all options, price ranges - super helpful. Felt like I was the only one in the store
I am always well taken care of at the cycle gear Tacoma store. I went in to inquire after new cheek pads and a headliner for my helmet so I did not need to replace it because the rest of it was in good shape and not very old. They helped me place the order. Gave me an approximate time frame for delivery and I received my order within that time frame exactly as promised and it fit my helmet perfectly. They offered to assist or install the cheek pads and liner for me, though I did decline due to the need to cut a small piece of the plastic in the liner which I wanted to be responsible for so they were not. Overall, perfect service
Great, but this review page is asking for to many characters. Thank you but a quick review is best for customers that needs to move on to the next task.
I wish sizes were available in stores so we don't have to go there the process of returning and not having a Helmet available for two to three weeks do to fitment issues
I regularly buy gear from Cycle Gear. Competitive pricing on name brand gear plus the convenience of seeing and returning items at local store.
I acquired a bike with a Quad Lock mount and needed to get my phone equipped to connect to it. I did not know that a combined case, specifically for my phone with a Quad Lock mount embedded existed before I saw it advertised by Cycle Gear. The discovery was great news, but the delivery time and easy transaction was even better.
I have been buying here for years. They know their products and how to install communication devices, which comes in handy. They work with you to understand your needs.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
