I love that thisis an option- it wasn't my 1st time around in th e early 2000's. So much more economical! They came packaged well and returning was no fuss. This is now my 2nd semester ustilizing this service.
I have ordered using my same saved Paypal information. But twice now eCampus has "declined my order due to irregularities in payment information". What? No one will tell me what these supposed "irregularities" are! I have ordered in the past just fine, nothing is irregular. Sheesh. At least tell me what the problem is so that I can address it, okay?
The interface between your payment website and Venmo is incredibly difficult to manage. When you attempt to navigate to Venmo wipes out your order and you must completely login a new and start your order from scratch. Very frustrating.

CJ Raber had offered to individually source my previous order and coincidentally BCC's Book Representative contacted her the same time I was on the phone with her and told her not to send me my books! I don't believe it was a coincidence either while suffering from way too many coincidences like this one while attending Berkshire Community College.
I had to reorder 5 different books because the site cancelled the order out of nowhere due to a "billing information error" and you were unable to confirm my billing address. This was bananas to me because the other two separate orders I had placed after the first one were processed and shipped successfully AND were made after the first order and both orders had IDENTICAL information entered and the same card was used. Additionally, 2 of the books from the large order were, in fact, purchased and shipped successfully so I guess the billing information was okay for some of the books but not others even though it was all one lump order with the one set of correct billing information entered. I attempted to notify the site about this issue and they never responded, but unfortunately the selection available here is necessary since finding physical copies of a variety of poetry collections is just not really available elsewhere, and the prices are very reasonable.

While the website said book wouldn't be available for 24hrs, it is a bit misleading because you can flip through the book once downloaded. Then I came back to it a few hours later and it wasn't available.

This was my first time ordering. The process was easy and the books I needed were available. I ordered the items needed at an affordable price. I received alerts about my order and the delivery was on time. Items received were correct and in good condition.

My order was cancelled and the company said it was due to payment irregularities. I am an avid online shopper and when I emailed the customer service team I received no response regarding my order. It was very frustrating as this purchase was a gift for a close family friend.
First they didn't have my book available when I needed it. Then when it was finally available, I ordered it and they cancelled my order. I contacted customer service and they gave me a discount code and when I ordered the second time everything worked. If I could have ordered this book anywhere else I would have.

I've done my best to buy all of my textbooks from eCampus! I spend way less money, shipping is usually quick and I almost always find everything I need for a reasonable price!
On the eCampus website, while logged into my account, there was a link to track the package after it shipped. That link went to the wrong carrier (which I didn't realize until later), resulting in much confusion and stress. The package was being shipped by USPS, but the link (with the USPS tracking number) took me to a UPS page, not a USPS page. Of course UPS kept telling me the tracking number was bad, as it wasn't their tracking number. I had to reach out to the seller directly to find out that the carrier was USPS, not UPS. It makes no sense that there would be a link on the page that would go to the wrong carrier. Very frustrating.

Very expensive for an online rental. I've been purchasing books here for years, and it doesn't even let you use the discount code.

I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
