Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Ordered a chicken coop. After 2 weeks no coop as I made an inquiry. A refund has been issued however since I made my order with the company someone has been trying to make unauthorized drafts on my card. The security team noticed it, my card was locked, no sooner do I unlock it the draft attempts begin again and I have had to replace the card.

I ordered a pantsuit from Ericdress, March 13,2022, and to this very day I have not received the pantsuit or a refund. A week after ordering the pantsuit, I received an email from Ericdress stating the item was no longer in stock. The pantsuit was something I wanted to wear for a special occasion in April 2022. I requested a refund and their response to me was to order something else at a discount. I responded I did not want anything else and wanted a refund. I have made multiple requests for a full refund and all I get is the run around. They finally agree to send the refund, but I still have not received the refund. The first red flag when I placed my order, my bank contacted me to see if I had a fraud charge to my account and I had to verify the charge for the order.

I placed an order over a month and a half ago. Order tracking shows that the last update was two weeks ago, most of the tracking info is not in English. I have emailed them several times, sometimes they respond, other times they don't. I still have not received my package. Needless to say I will not order from Ericdress again. When I have tried to email their customer service, I did not hear anything back until over a week later and they were unable to give me a clear idea of when my package would arrive. The company advertises using other peoples designs, and photos, they then send you a cheap attempt at a copy, nothing like the advertised product, they are based in China which is not obvious from their website, I ordered a gents designer cardigan 5/2/22, it took three weeks to arrive, it was clearly a bad copy, been trying to send back now ever since, customer service non existent, message facility does not work most of the time, and all they do is offer a small discount (in dollars not pounds) for you to keep the rubbish product they have sent, problem is you have to pay postage back to China, rendering any refund worthless, this is a fraudulent and deliberate policy on their behalf, based in China they are untouchable under British consumer protection laws, don't be tempted by their offers you will just loose your money, I have now given up on any chance of a refund, and put the item where it belongs in the bin.
