Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is **************

They provide a fake tracking number then they tell you the package is lost when it never arrives. Then they say they will give you a credit and never do.

Ordered a chicken coop. After 2 weeks no coop as I made an inquiry. A refund has been issued however since I made my order with the company someone has been trying to make unauthorized drafts on my card. The security team noticed it, my card was locked, no sooner do I unlock it the draft attempts begin again and I have had to replace the card.

So I ordered a treestand. Then realized it was coming from China. My Bad! After waiting a month they said just wait a little bit longer. Finally they said it had been delivered. Not! I wonder if someone else on the ups route got it or if it was a scam.
With help from the bank I got my money back. Ordering on line is a roll of the dice.
Don't order anything from CHINA that's a given.

Gave them money for a saw they never delivered fake tracking numbers fake site this site is as bad as someone burning our flag they should be removed from society forever no joke they take money you have worked hard for that's been taxed five times and just think your hard work belongs to them.I hope they burn in hell if not I hope I find them their that green spot in the middle of chicken $#*!!.why google or anyone let's a non credited site that has so many complaints about it makes me wonder about the creditability of said sites!.

It's impossible to write a review because no one has received no one has ever received what they ordered!. They steal your money. Run far away

I'm 58 on disability and ordered and paid for a portable carport they took my money and I never got my carport that's bad business there no good

Give yourself 4 months lead time. Seems like its manufactured after you order. Won't use them again.LM

They are such low quality clothes, and the customer service is shocking. I have been trying for weeks to return something and get a refund, only to be told they can't and that they won't help- to contact PayPal instead.

Everything ran smoothly and on time, we were very excited to receive the products and they all looked great. Will be ordering again!

I have bad expirience with Ericdress. Their site crashed when I wanted to pay dress for my wedding in may. I contacted them because I didnt recive order details, they replay after few days that they have my order, I wanted my money back (around 87$)because they took too long to answe and I buy another dress for myself. They asked to not to cancel order an consider a discount, but that does not work for me and I specificly asked for a refund because they could not promise that dress will arive until may 20th, and after that they stoped replayin on my e-mails. This is really bad website for ordering anythinhg. And I will never order anything from them again. If I could give minus star I would.

Ordered a dress almost a year ago and Eric dress refuse to refund the money to a Senior 95 years old. She never received it nor a refund. Asked for Proof never received it. Will not ever order from Eric Dress they are Thieves

I ordered a pantsuit from Ericdress, March 13,2022, and to this very day I have not received the pantsuit or a refund. A week after ordering the pantsuit, I received an email from Ericdress stating the item was no longer in stock. The pantsuit was something I wanted to wear for a special occasion in April 2022. I requested a refund and their response to me was to order something else at a discount. I responded I did not want anything else and wanted a refund. I have made multiple requests for a full refund and all I get is the run around. They finally agree to send the refund, but I still have not received the refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The first red flag when I placed my order, my bank contacted me to see if I had a fraud charge to my account and I had to verify the charge for the order.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY GET THE RUN AROUND.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding, 3 months in advance and still haven't received them. When I have tried to email their customer service, I did not hear anything back until over a week later and they were unable to give me a clear idea of when my package would arrive. I have never had to wait so long to receive something from an online site. I needed the shoes in time for a wedding and I still have not received them

The company advertises using other peoples designs, and photos, they then send you a cheap attempt at a copy, nothing like the advertised product, they are based in China which is not obvious from their website, I ordered a gents designer cardigan 5/2/22, it took three weeks to arrive, it was clearly a bad copy, been trying to send back now ever since, customer service non existent, message facility does not work most of the time, and all they do is offer a small discount (in dollars not pounds) for you to keep the rubbish product they have sent, problem is you have to pay postage back to China, rendering any refund worthless, this is a fraudulent and deliberate policy on their behalf, based in China they are untouchable under British consumer protection laws, don't be tempted by their offers you will just loose your money, I have now given up on any chance of a refund, and put the item where it belongs in the bin.
