C'est une grosse arnaque. Il faudrait se regrouper pour les attaquer...

Where do I begin, Alex at Hempire Gardens sent me some fake product. I ordered HHC Distillate, when it arrived something did not look right. I have been purchasing from them for close to 2 years, normally no problems. Always fine quality, until this time. I was sent a clear runny liquid, when vaped it instantly burnt the lungs. No effect and chemical taste. Something seriously wrong. I got in touch with Alex, he told me that the batch is faulty and has now been pulled. He sent me a returns form and promised a refund or a replacement. I returned the product recorded delivery. Alex then stopped responding to emails and the online chat no longer works for me. I have had to get in touch with my bank and give them all the evidence, tracking number, order numbers etc for a chargeback. I have also contacted trading standards as they are not following UK trading laws.
I will no longer purchase from them, and I recommend nobody purchase from them for your own safety and as to not get scammed out of your hard earned money. Go elsewhere.

They send me CBD except THCP.
Don't give money back.
I understand that this is how they make money. They send you CBD, regardless of what you ordered.
Unfortunately there is no way to do a chemical analysis, then you can sue them.
They even have a same photos for CBD, HHC, THCP stuff.

First time I ordered from here it was delivered the next day this time I paid extra for next day delivery and it took over a week with no refund for paying extra and for the products it's self was completely rubbish HHC oil no effects. HHC0 no effects and HHC vape also had no effect I will not be buying from here again I will be sticking to paradise CBD much better products that actually work.I don't know what these people sold me but it wasn't HHC

Used to order and the quality kept decreasing over time and now my order has been stuck for over 2 weeks with them ignoring my emails. Instant messaging on the site also doesn't work.

I have waited on my stuff for 2 weeks now. I bought some stuff with express and i steel didnt get the suff this is a joke, today is the 1 feb

Affordable alternative compared to somewhere like budmother in my opinion. I've ordered a few products and liked it all.

Depuis que ils ont interdit le hhc en france j'ai cherché des entreprises en europe et hempire gardens basé en hollande étaient une belle découverte en 2 jours ouvrables j'ai ma livraison gratuitement.

I ordered a bottle of HHC-O tincture and a bag of HHC kief. Turned up the next day but the tincture was regular HHC, so I got onto them and they sent a replacement the next day. But it was HHC again instead of HHC-O.

After contacting them again, the HHC-O arrived the next day, two bottles instead of one as a freebe. So I ended up with 4 bottles of ticture - 2 HHC-O, 2 HHC and an extra bag of kief for the price of the original order, so I am good.

Three susequent orders arrived one, one and two days after I ordered. A tub of HHC gummies, a tub of HHC crumble - blueberry cookies - and a pot of HHC-O distillate. All products are good. The only thing that threw me was the distillate as it is more 'runny' than HHC distillate and I thought it was tincture in a distillate bottle until I found a video on another site showing HHC-O distillate to be exactly the same as the stuff I bought, and it works. I will continue using Hempire as they have always treated me well.

I placed an order on the Wedsnday evening and arrived lunchtime Friday. Product was cheap and quality was very good and will be ordering again

I am not complaining type nor I have raised much concerns with them as I am simply very busy however to warn others: I placed 3 orders with them only the first order was real; both subsequent samples were fake. Value did not matter much to me compared to time needing to chase and having seen other comments, I d say do not trust

There's a problem with every order, first order was weeks late & no communication during that period, until a negative trustpilot review was left. Their HHC e-liquid is so thick as to be unusable. Moreover, HHC is terrible itself, builds tolerance immediately: it's nothing like D9. If you're going to try it though, get it from people who aren't a misery to deal with.

Ordered two different strains and they put some proper horrible ingy random strain in both bags like i wouldnt know, wasnt even either of what i paid for, they trying to make me go through hoops to send it back n wait for a refund when they should send me what i actually paid for out n get someone to pick this up, madness

I consider myself a really good customer with multiple orders placed but as the title says I've been mailing for a while regarding a certain product but I haven't had any response as of yet. I gave a 1 star to hopefully get someone's attention

I wanted to try the HHC but couldn't afford the buds. I looked at the shake and trim as it was a
Cheaper price, I found my experience with HHC different compared to Delta 8. The Delta 8 had more psychoactive effects such as stress relief and pain relief.

Overall 10/10 Great service aswell. Customer service is so helpful

I got a problem with my package (was seized by customs). I talked with Hempire Gardens, they solved the problem fast sending me again the flowers and with an extra hash. Thank you!

OG Kush- genuine kush flavour and a great accompaniment to a few shandies on the weekend.
GMO- a great strain for the daytime which you can enjoy in moderation and get on with your daily tasks.
Delta 8 CBD keif- if you enjoy Morrocan kief then I would recommend Hempiregardens Delta 8-CBD Kief. IMHO it is a game changer for the CBD market.
