I was pleasantly surprised that the live chat person actually read what I wrote about my main issue and directly asked how she could help by asking follow-up questions rather than having me repeat everything over again. She was astute enough to anticipate what I needed and offered a solution before I thought she had all the information. Besides providing step-by-step instructions to clear the issue, she waited while I went through the steps to clear the problem. While I never knew who helped me and could've just made my experience a miserable one, she was very thoughtful and very good at her job.

First time setting this account up and I got confused on some questions and areas but now I understand. However I tried finishing up the saved documents for the unemployment benefits and it says "error try again later" I tried two more times later that same day and it still says the same thing with an error so now I'm going to have to call through the 800 number to help me with this problem over the phone.
