... which in turn meant I had to call eBay and wait on hold forever, in order to cancel an associated protection plan. Ebay then had me call another number. Not to mention all the time I wasted researching and deciding on this company. What a waist of time.
They also lied and said that I cancelled, when it was their failure. So that's why they have such great reviews on ebay, fraudulent practices.
Purchased TV on website, called beforehand to make sure item was good and that all costs were included. They said, "yes."
Then, they called me 3 days later to process my "mandatory" shipping insurance cost of $267 before the item could be shipped.

I placed order on line but previously called to ask about insurance premium which was quoted over the phone. I wish they would reflect it when you submit order instead of receiving a call later (which I already knew due to my call)

I received my 65' Samsung FRAME TV - it was damaged by the delivery team. I notified IELectrica a week ago and haven't heard back yet on next steps yet.
I've read all of the negative reviews of doing business with this company. IElectrica still has a chance to fix this and replace the TV before the credit card company gets involved, but the window is closing.
Shipping co came an hour before the scheduled window and then left because we weren't there (weren't supposed to be!) Then I had to wait until the next week for the delivery to come again and they came a half hour before the window again! I asked for a refund for my shipping cost bc or all pf the missed time at work and haven't heard anything yet.
Couldn't of had a better experience buying from this company. Did everything as advertised. Fast delivery when delivered the brouth the tv inside opened it up and turned it on to make sure it wasn't damaged and worked correctly. I will buy from them again.
Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
