Ordered a dress two weeks before prom, on a Friday, expedited shipping. Called that monday(business day) around noon to make sure it was processed and found out it was out of stock?!? I didn't even get an email saying it was out of stock before then. Thank goodness I called. Bad business practice!

Though very pretty, the dress has an insane amount of glitter. To further exacerbate this situation, I was charged an additional $175 for duty charges after paying $200USD for the dress, plus $40USD for shipping. I am in Canada, so imagine my surprise when this order came and the delivery person tells me that I need to pay $175 to receive my package! I spoke to UPS who recommended speaking to the company and asking them to absorb the costs. However after several correspondence with the company, the final verdict was that this was my responsibility. Had I been aware of these duty charges, I could have decided if that's a costs I wanted to pay. Now. I am left with a dress that does not fit her properly, and we will have to find an alternative. Spend your money elsewhere!

Playing this one step forward, if you assume the store credit is given in good faith... what happens if you order a dress using your store credit, that doesn't fit, that you want to return? They have very rude costumer service. I would not recommend at all. They shipped my dress later than 1-3 days. I then got my dress late and am not allowed to return or get compensated for it. Canceled my order without notifying me, and when I reached out they said I had "a chargeback on a previous order" and they were no longer accepting orders from me; however, I made my account solely to order the one dress and had never previously ordered from them. They neglected to respond to my inquiry about the chargeback. My mother ordered 3 dresses from them a few years back from a different account. Only two dresses came in, and the box was undamaged. Support was rude and swore that all three dresses were in the box and basically called my mother a liar. They refused to refund her for THEIR mistake. My daughter's dress had the "security ribbon" attached in such a way that she couldn't try the dress on without cutting it on one end. That voided their so called Return Policy even though the tags were still on the dress and it was obvious that it had not been worn and was in a SMOKE FREE home. You have 5 days to return from the date of the Fed Ex package date even if you do not receive it... we spent $260 on a dress that we now cannot return and it's still in original packaging. I ordered a dark red-maroon satin dress as pictured on their site, and they sent me a bright purple dress in a rough/matte finish (not satin). They refuse to refund me although the item is totally different than I ordered because it was marked as 'final sale,' and they refuse to acknowledge the law that even if an item is marked 'final sale,' it still has to be the actual same item advertised and ordered, which is it is not! I never got the item I ordered yet they refuse to refund me.
They also broke the timely delivery law yet refuse to refund me on these grounds either. The shipment was delayed past arriving 30 days from the order being placed and then they said it would be shipped by 2/25, but it actually wasn't shipped until 3/1 and they did not provide me a second update on the late shipping that I could approve or deny, but they also refuse to refund me on these grounds.
