I ordered a Mother's Day gift on 5/4 and paid extra for the shipping. Let's just say I still have not received the package! They promised 5/19 at the latest. Customer service is not helpful. You're just going back and forth with a robot. My package has shown "at local post office" since 5/22 and all they can tell me is "it's on its way and their logistics team is expediting the issue with the carrier and they also have a high demand of packages". They refuse to give me a refund even though I some how paid extra for shipping insurance which I thought would cover. I wish I had did my research before buying but lesson learned! This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I paid extra for expedited shipping, $24.95, to be exact, because I needed my order for an important event. Nowhere in the ordering process did they mention a hidden production delay, so I expected my package on March 12. Instead, it arrived on March 17, far too late to be of any use. When I rightfully requested a refund, they flat-out refused, leaving me stuck with worthless products I no longer needed due to them arriving AFTER the event I bought them for. To make matters worse, their customer service is beyond infuriating! I sent multiple emails asking for help, only to receive the same robotic, useless response each time. Where do I even begin? All of the other 1 star reviews are spot on. The customer service is absolutely absurd, likely the worst I've dealt with. The responses they provide are so generic, they seem automated and clearly show no sympathy for consumers who are paying customers, expecting there items to come at a certain time. I ordered an item on 1/28, hoping it would be here by Valentine's Day since it was expected on 2/10. It's 2/13 as I'm writing this, and the expected delivery is saying it's abnormal and unpredictable now. Utterly ridiculous. Not only will it be late, I now have no idea where it's at or when it will get here. To top it off, I tried contacting customer service on every platform they have, and they refuse to respond. This company is extremely dishonest and unreliable. I placed an order for Valentines day almost a month in advance and "expected delivery date" was showing up as 2/4/25. Firstly, the most shady thing was that I never got a confirmation email for the order.

But the sounds is SO BAD. And I bought the pro version for better sound. It is way too loud and sounds like it is blasting through a tin can. If they at least had a volume button, that would help. Would be kinda cute if it lightly played music. But the blasting terrible sound is painful. Too bad too, it's a really fun idea.

I ordered two items on December 13,2024 and was lead to believe they were "standard" shipping for Christmas. It's now January 11,2025. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth and automated emails telling me my order is undeliverable I have requested a refund. If your gut says it's a scam, it probably is. I'm out the € and look like a fool with my Mother inlaw as they were gifts for her. In addition, they sent us on a wild Goose chase looking for thisnfor 2 weeks. They said it was here and to contact our local provider. We went to our bpost location, parcel lockers, and a private delivery business. AND we called a number they provided multiple times ( which no one answered of course)

I ordered beginning of December and mid December I received an empty box. I know that mistakes happen so I contacted customer service for them to tell me they could get another one out and I would receive it in around 20 days due to needing to make another one and get it shipped out. I let them know that this was a gift and it will now not be received in time. I asked for a full refund. They told me that manufacturing is costly and that they would only give me a refund of the product and not for the product, shipping, and insurance that I paid for.
