I bought a pair of Under Armour shoes and I'm really impressed with their comfort and quality. They have a stylish design, feel durable, and wearing them has been a very enjoyable experience. Definitely a great purchase, and I would recommend them to others.
Ordered a jersey at a sale price. Normally I wear XL. According to the size chart it should have been correct but on arrival it was extremely tight and short. I sent it back only to find a higher price for the replacement order. After a few emails and being told basically tough sh*+I decided to continue to replace and made my order. The replacement arrived in a sealed bag but there was a small stain in the front. UA asked for photos and would investigate. I sent the info requested and noted that. I was not prepared to send it back and again wait 2 weeks for another. I made a reasonable request for a discount on a future order. After 10 day without a response I sent another email. Their response was that I could return the item! Anybody who has read this far already understands this company may sell decent products albeit on the more expensive side but their customer relations and service are seriously terrible. For this reason my review and I will never buy from them again. I don't care what they say now because I really gave them an easy chance to satisfy a customer but they really didn't care at all.
Be warned stay far away your going to get hell from this Brand! Appauling incompetent Online staff. BACK TO NIKE!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Under Armour outlet store in Portsmouth. When I got home and checked online, I found the same shoes available at half the price in other stores in London. I called the Portsmouth store, and they advised me that I could get a refund at other outlet stores in London. However, my intention was not to get a refund but to request a price match. I feel deceived for assuming that an outlet store would offer reasonable prices.
I visited the O2 store to request a price match and explain my situation. Unfortunately, I encountered the worst customer service. The manager was extremely unfriendly and kept insisting that she couldn't process a refund without the original shoe box. Despite my efforts to explain that I wasn't seeking a refund but a price match, they refused to address my request simply because I didn't have the box.
My main concern was having the price match considered, not getting a refund. I'm very disappointed with the service. For such a reputable brand, losing a customer over a simple box is unacceptable. I won't be purchasing from Under Armour again due to this poor experience.
The top is fine, however the returns system for Under Armour UK is not up to scratch. I wanted to return the top as it wasn't quite the right fit. There is only one option for courier return FedEx. The FedEx page to see return retailers was down for over a day and then intermittently worked. I finally had a list of retailers, the first said they don't take returns. The second said the return label did not register so they couldn't take the parcel. I contacted Under Armour for an alternative return method as I live in the countryside and cannot keep driving 5 miles to check each return retailer. They said there was no alternative and just gave me the list of retailers to return to for FedEx. This is not good enough, I'm stuck with an item I don't want. You need to offer more courier return options.
I returned two items on order US-*******. Received back by under armour on January 26 2024. I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them repeatedly and keep being told about the backlogs for returns.
When I downloaded the application and placed the order, I found this account in the history of the women with a huge amount of orders, some of which were shipped but not to my address, which means that your account is hacked and anyone can place an order and use your bank information. This company has said so many orders have been dispatched that then never turn up. It's then near impossible to get a refund. Customer service is terrible they are massaging their end of years figures.
I purchased 2 sweatshirts online and when received, they didn't fit. I returned both sweatshirts using the return label provided by UA. It has been 1 month since UA received my return and I haven't received a refund. I have called Customer Service multiple times and spoke with Adam and Dave, I am told it could take 2 months to get my refund because the warehouse is running behind. How is that my problem? Maybe they should hire more people or better yet, process my refund since you have had the items I returned for a month now. Order#US*******
Purchased two items for my son that unfortunately were too small. Contacted UA customer service by phone since the website was not working for exchanges. I received the return shipping label, returned the items. They received the items on January 3rd. As of today January 23rd, I have not received the new items. I just spoke to another representative about this and of course I was told it is still being processed. This is ridiculous, I should have just did a new purchase for the correct size and returned the original items for a refund. My son would have had the shirts within a few days of me placing the order and not waiting over a month waiting on doing it by an exchange. Lesson learned. But wanted to let others know this because according to UA representative this is their policy for exchanges. Also I will add everything I returned still had the tags and was in the original package. My son never even put the shirts on since we could see they would not fit just by looking at them. Needless to say very disappointed with UA!
They have great apparel for all sorts of physical activities predominantly. Although sometimes I like to wear it when I go out with my friends. It's good to feel comfortable, plus the brand is highly respectable and famous.
I have 2 orders with many different items. Had to returned some of them, accordingly. Was credited back the next day. Great, right. Almost a week later, I got charged for an item that they claimed to have not received. In good faith, I have sent all that the items that was to be returned. I did not keep this one item, that cost $19.XX. Now I am returning all the goods I have in my possession for money back, and dispute this with the credit card co.

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory shopping experience with Under Armour. The product I purchased had size issue, and unfortunately, dealing with their customer service only made worse the problem.
Firstly, the product I received did not meet the expected quality standards. This alone would have been manageable if the customer service had been responsive and professional. However, the way they handled my concerns was shockingly unprofessional.
Attempts to communicate were met with indifference, and it became apparent that the customer service team lacked the necessary skills to address customer issues effectively. Their approach was dismissive, and it seemed like they had little understanding of how to handle dissatisfied customers.
Overall, my experience with Under Armour was disappointing, not just due to the product issues but also because of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their customer service team. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to improve its customer service practices.
I ordered online cancled about a minute later. Recieved an email saying it was canceled and i would not be billed. Well of course i was billed and they only wanted to refund me a giftcard when i paid with a credit card. Called customer service and they were acting really shady. I felt like it was all a scam. Now im waiting to see if they will refund me or not. I also had to file a claim with my bank.
Total rip-off nothing shown qualifies for this sale! Tried to order two golf shirts both saying clearly 50 off but no they are not. Would never order from here!
Under Armour used to offer hoodies and sweats the were nice looking and well made of a substantial material. That is no longer the case. The hoodies I bought this year are poorly made with ugly exposed zippers and thin, cheap quality fabric. Don't buy them thinking they will keep you warm, because they're about as lightweight as a t-shirt. The same criticism can be applied to their sweatpants, which are huge size-wise and "styled" to be make anyone look unattractive. Cheaply made and flimsy now defines Under Armour products. Too bad.
Order is a month late. Refund takes 10-14 days. I just reached a human today.so a 6 week loan to UA.
I ordered a pair of slides online. I ordered the wrong size. They give you a 1 hr window to cancel. If not you have to go forward with an order that takes a week to arrive. Send it back. Wait for a refund then order the size you want. I called with in 12hrs. The rep noted that it had not been shipped yet. Said sorry. It's our policy.

We bought a pair of under armor shoes, nine months ago, and they are unwearable at this time because they have fallen apart. Part of the soul has come off, and the sides have worn through the material in several places. They were only worn to stand in, not even to exercise in. Terrible quality. When I tried to contact under armor, I was unable to send my feedback.
I got some running shoes and tried to wear them several times. The design is absolutely cruel, sadistic, each time the back of the shoes actually cut my skin, cut!, not just injured! In less than 30 minutes.
