I ordered 2 dresses ready to ship n after few days they say it's not available, money charged and no dresses came and DO NOT TRUST THEM AND BUY AND THE DRESSES WON't REACH U AND YHEY ARE BIG CHEATERS

Ordered an outfit 40 days ago. After following up with their so called customer service team for 10 days with no answer i finally had to file a consumer court complaint. Now they say they ordered an incorrect size. WTF. I ordered a custom outfit with measurements and now they want to do patch work to cover up for them mess. And expect me to pay the full amount for their patch work. Never ordering. I hope consumer court of India teaches them a hard lesson that they never forget. You pay all the money upfront and then get treated like whatever. Never go here shopping

The collection is very good. They have lots of different choices - variety of colours. The quality and work is too good- you have to be willing to pay the price as well.

I recently bought a Banaras saree. I am very disappointed, felt I was cheated. The saree I got is very old stock and was smelling bad. The material is very shabby and isn't as promised on website.

I highly suggest not to buy from these guys.

They have an extremely good collection with unique and trendy designs. The quality of the fabric is so good and they provide the best customer service.

I have contacted Mr. TamilSelvan who helped from the beginning and clarified all the questions in a very humble way... Finally ordered and the Dream dress is on the way ( only because of his support) and damn excited to see my dress.

Very nice and beautiful collection where I got satisfied with awesome and needed colours with hardwoking executives.

NEVER TRUST THESE FOLKS -COMING AFTER A DECADE LONG BUYING.
I was always in love with Samyakk since 2008 and have recommended them to many of my friends and family. Not any more... I am writing this not after one failed order but I feel cheated with last 4 of my orders placed in 2020 and 2021.
Cherry on the top is - The latest sarees I ordered were returned and got an update that they have received the sarees back but with no money refunded. IN spite of repeated follow ups no update not money coming back. DO NOT BUY!

Received a defective saree and the management started by arguing that it looks good to them (even after seeing the pictures/video). With lot of effort ready to take the return but is a painful and stressful process. If you are lucky you might get a good quality product. Otherwise get ready for a roller coaster ride and make sure you have a ton of time at hand to deal with customer service as they will make it difficult for you. After a ton of follow ups, was successful in getting back my money with of course some deducted fees but totally not worth my time. In today's world, this is not the experience one would hope for!

I ordered 3 designer lehengas for a wedding from samyakk and trust me, i and my sisters just loved the outfits. At first, I was really confused if the video call would really help us get the exact lehenga for the measurements provided but then, they totally made it as per the requirement and I am very thankful to samyakk for delivering us the best. Recommending all of you to just go for it! Thanks
